Our Mission
Our mission is to promote the manufacturing and installation of quality one-coat stucco through education to NOCSA members, building departments, architects and specifiers, builders, lath and plaster contractors and the public; to meet and exceed the standards that are set for the industry.
What is One Coat Stucco (OCS)?
One Coat Stucco is an ideal exterior wall treatment for residential, commercial, institutional or industrial buildings. One Coat Stucco consists of a blend of Portland cement, sand, fibers and special chemicals which produce a very efficient stucco system that can be thinner than traditional stucco.
